When you purchase a product from us, a charge from Concept Software will appear on your credit card statement. All scripts are delivered via email to the email address you specify during the ordering process. While we do our best to deliver the products within minutes of the order, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.

If you do decide to pay by check, please also send an email to support@sr-analyst.com and let us know specifically which products you are purchasing. Once the check has cleared (3 to 5 business days after we receive the check) we will send you the product(s) via return email.

Important: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any script purchases. Please double-check all items in your shopping cart before you finalize your purchase. Also, please be sure that you enter your email address correctly during the ordering process. All scripts are sent to you as email attachments.... if we don't have your correct email address, we cannot send you the scripts!
