Grid Status Panel: On the far left of the status bar. This panel always displays the current ScanExpert Viewer status (i.e., online/offline) and, when online, how many securities are being processed.
Sort Panel: Just to the right of the ScanExpert Status Panel, the Sort Panel tracks the current Auto-Sort state (i.e., Auto-Sort On or Off). This panel is only active when ScanExpert is actually processing data.
Update Panel: Just to the right of the Sort Panel, the Update Panel will display the timestamp of the last realtime update. This panel is only active when ScanExpert is actually processing data.
ESD Status Panel: Just to the right of the Update Panel, the ESD Status Panel tracks the status of the eSignalDataLayer module (ESD). ESD is the interface between ScanExpert and the eSignal data feed. ESD is launched automatically by ScanExpert and, therefore, the status should always be "ESD online". In the unlikely event that a status of "ESD offline" is displayed, you should shut down the ScanExpert application and restart it.
Date/Time Panel: Just to the right of the ESD Status Panel, the Date/Time Panel displays the current system date/time.
