Important: Please keep a copy of your license key in a safe place. If you need to re-install the ScanExpert application or move it to another computer, you will need to re-enter the license key for activation.
ScanExpert only checks the license once the eSignal Data Manager is up and running. This means that if you start ScanExpert while the eSignal Data Manager is not yet running, the license information in the ScanExpert About screen will indicate that ScanExpert is running under a Trial license. Once you launch a scan, however, ScanExpert will start the eSignal Data Manager and check the license status (and update the About screen).
