If you are not sure what your eSignal Program Username is, you can find it by following these steps:

eSignal Version 8.00 or newer

• Click on the eSignal Help menu option at top-right of your eSignal screen.
• Then select the About menu option.
• You will now be looking at the About eSignal dialog box.
• Look in the middle of this dialog (just to the right of the word "Information:") and you will see your eSignal program username.

older eSignal Versions

• Click on the eSignal Data Manager icon that you will see on your Windows Taskbar.
• Click on the Receiver menu option that you will see at the top-left of the Data Manager dialog.
• Select the Communications option from the Receiver menu.
• The Communications Settings dialog will now appear.
• Click on the Password button that you will see at the bottom-center of the Communications dialog.
• The Password Entry dialog will now appear. Your eSignal Program Username will be displayed near the bottom of this dialog.

Note that the eSignal Usernames are case-sensitive so please send it to us with the correct case applied. We do NOT need your eSignal Program Password, just the Username.
