Support Policy

Our technical support system is geared towards e-mail responses to enhance speed and efficiency and we would prefer that you contact us via e-mail whenever possible.

Unlike phone calls, e-mail responses may be generated after hours and on weekends as well as during normal business hours. In general, our turnaround time for support issues initiated via e-mail is much faster than those initiated by a phone call.

Project Inquiries

If you are interested in obtaining a quote (i.e., indicator or system development or conversion from a different platform) please prepare a clear, written description of the project (in Word or in a text file) and send it as an email attachment to For indicator conversions, please include the actual source code from the other platform as well as one or more snapshots showing what the indicator looks like.
